Minimum requirements for all positions:

  • Valid CA driver’s license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Negative TB test
  • Clear DOJ and FBI background check
  • Reliable vehicle/car; vehicle insurance
  • Ability to make a one-year commitment
  • Ability to squat, kneel, run, and lift at least 50 lbs.

In-Home Behavior Therapist

Provide direct instructions in the home or school environment for children with developmental delays. Implement lessons and positive interventions as outlined by the Behavior Consultant, work autonomously, collect data, implement behavior intervention plans, attend weekly team meetings, and collaborate with other team members.

Senior Behavior Therapist

Provide oversight and training to In-Home Behavior Therapists and model positive interventions by working directly with the child. Work collaboratively with the Behavior Consultant providing feedback regarding the child’s program and progress. Collect and assist in analyzing data. Conduct parent training regarding behavior analytic principles related to their child's skill development and/or behavioral concerns.

Additional minimum requirements:

  • A Senior Behavior Therapist needs to have at least
    1-2 years experience in an ABA In-home environment. College coursework in Behavior Analysis is helpful.

Behavior Consultant

Conduct assessments, consultation, lesson progression, training and support to individuals diagnosed with various disabilities including Autism Services, Behavior Intervention, and Care homes as well as train, support and oversee those providing direct instruction in the home and school environments. Provide and supervise parent training in Applied Behavior Analysis and the implementation of lessons as they relate to the child’s deficits and excesses. Requires qualified, professional, and dedicated people who are open to learning a conceptual framework that involves thinking “outside the box”.

Additional minimum requirements:

  • BA in Psychology or related field
  • Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, BCaBA or BCBA preferred
  • At least 2 years experience developing programs for children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum utilizing Behavior Analysis

Senior Behavior Consultant

Provides supervision and training to the Behavior Consultants in addition to providing direct feedback, modeling suggestions and ensuring the overall integrity of the program. Individuals in this position are highly involved in program and company development, designing materials, and conducting research.

Additional minimum requirements:

  • BA in Psychology or related field
  • Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, BCaBA or BCBA preferred
  • At least 3 years experience developing and supervising clinical effectiveness of programs for children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum utilizing Behavior Analysis
